Quiet!

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Not a great product

This came with a new house build. It doesn't heat up well to dry dishes and is not the easiest to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Angela, thank you for your review. We are glad to have you as part of our extended family. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.

Love the look!

I love the look of this dishwasher. The only bad thing is that it doesn't dry the dishes well. We always have to dry with a towel before putting them away.

Solid unit with cheap drawers

We upgraded to the professional line for our new kitchen looking for quality, durability, and quietness.
The exterior look and feel is quality and durability. The inside drawers are lightweight and feel cheap. When you pull them in and out they tend to bind and just seem cheap. The noise level is low and very quiet and foes clean the dishes well.

Perfect for us!

We got this at the recommendation of the salesman (we hardly ever do that!). It's been great! Super quiet, we don't pre-rinse, and the cutlery rack (3rd rack) adds extra space. There's still the standard cutlery bottom shelf for larger utensils. Sprayers reach everywhere and the middle rack is adjustable! If you're looking, check it out!

Good not Great

We had this series installed in a our new home. It's quiet. It cleans. The racking system needs some work. We have Fiesta where dishes and the struggle to stack in nicely. Especially the bowls. The bottom rack struggles to roll back into the position. The sides get stuck on the walls and the rollers are just floppy. The silverware hold is a bit of a pain. Unless you have super small hands, forget pulling all the utensils at once. If you have kid utensils then prepare for more work to get them out. The utensil hold doesn't like to stay attach to the rack. I'll give it that blue indicator at the bottom is nice.
