It hasn’t even work once

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed and leaks everywhere! Technician came twice, and now waiting for another part. Frigidaire won’t replace until they consider is unrepairable. So I have to have a brand new dishwasher paid in fully that doesn’t work and that could potentially damage my new kitchen because it leaks all the water over! Great work Frigidaire I would expect more RESPECT from you.

Professional Dishwasher

Purchased all new Professional appliances. Refrigerator and stove are great!
Dishwasher Pros: Quiet Cons: Lower basket does not slide seamlessly. You have to work with it to slide it back in (even if pulled/pushed out from center of rack). Quality of plastic baskets/rollers seems very cheap. Dishes/silverware don’t dry completely, even with using Rinse-Aid, and must be hand-dried upon unloading, even if unloading 24 hours later. Set up of lower basket is not conducive to accommodate items other than flat dishes. Silverware baskets are loose and wobbly.
Very disappointed in quality of this dishwasher for the price, and now feel like I am stuck with this because everything is new. Would not purchase again.

Please ensure not to over load the basket also ensuring the basket is not heavy on one side. This would help when pulling from the center of the basket. When it comes drying the dishes be sure not to allow the dishes to nest together to promote air flow throughout the dishes. Highly Dissatisfied

We built a new home 18 months ago and installed what I thought to be top of the line appliances, the Professional series Refrigerator, Oven, and Dishwasher. In 18 months, I've had a repair man out 3 times for BOTH ice makers and now my dishwasher will not turn on as it's a faulty control panel. These appliances are not made to last and I now have to pay more $ to repair these already expensive appliances. Do your homework before you buy these appliances. There are better ones out there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the dishwasher for about 6 weeks now and are disappointed in two areas. The first...and the biggest... problem is that about half of the time it shuts down. The code (i20) shows that it's a drainage problem...after working with it a bit, the problem appears to be the pressure sensor. A quick Google search shows that this is a frequent problem with this model and may be something that will happen over and over as long as we own the dishwasher. It's still under warranty so we've scheduled service but it's 4 weeks out.
The second problem is that it's just a bit smaller than what we're used to, it just doesn't hold as much as the Kitchen Aid we had previously.

Buy Another Dishwasher

I don’t typically write reviews but when a product doesn’t work as sold or as it should, it’s important to share that information. After 4 months, this brand new dishwasher was leaking large amounts of water through the bottom. I’m returning it for a BOSCH, which is better designed on the inside.

not the best one I've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for a year and am not impressed. There seems to be something wrong with one of the leveling feet. I've had it looked at three times and always a week or so later the dishwasher is sitting crooked in it's place. I use the same cycle every time I use it and the amount of time it says the cycle will be is always different. I also am not really liking the upper shelf. It makes the door of the dishwasher open way lower to the floor than my past dishwashers and I had cracked my toes and ankles on the door numerous times. I am seriously thinking of ditching this dishwasher and getting another.

Works Okay - Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Professional line about a month ago. They didn't have the Pro dishwasher on the floor, only the Gallery, but I wanted all appliances to match. I was not impressed mostly because the tines for the plates are so far apart and I can't fit as many dishes in it as my previous dishwasher. The tines are also angled, so the plates can only go in one direction. The wheels for the rack don't roll well, they seem to be different heights and if not careful the rack will hit the gasket. I'm worried over time the gasket will wear quicker and I'll need to replace it. The middle rack for cups/glasses is okay, it works. I do like the small third rack for long knives and smaller items which is nice. While it seems to wash well, the drying feature doesn't work as well as I expect it to. I have to take out many items onto a towel and air dry after the cycle finishes. I do appreciate how quiet it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this series not come with the new construction home we purchased I never would’ve considered them. The overall look is top notch but as far as function as far as I’m concerned so much was overlooked. First off the racks or very lightweight and flimsy and do not have a solid feeling when you go to pull them out or push them in also the clips and pins seem to be very fragile. The most annoying thing is that the silverware rack does not stay put in the handle of the rack is constantly hitting the rubber gasket and knocking the bottom tray off track. I know that sounds picky but after the third of fourth time you are about ready to toss out the silverware rack. Also I don’t know if it’s just this particular one but the bottom rack has these odd stops that prevent it from pulling all the way out but for us all it seems to do is knock it off it’s rollers. As far as cleaning it’s average. Needless to say I would not intentionally purchase this entire line of products as I have functional issues with the stove and refrigerator as well. Let’s not even discuss the range hood
