Hello, Kevin01280624! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your dishwasher. In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps. Good quiet machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as part of a package a month or so ago. It cleans well and is very quiet. Only complaint is that the inside of the machine is never dry after running the cycle. I presume this is how they engineered energy efficiency into the design (i.e. less heat during drying cycle).

Cool finished light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so we love the look and function, but we didn't know a green light is beamed onto the floor when a wash is finished. Cool. With the unit being so quiet, we don't notice it running. Having the light is a visual that it's done.

Very quiet

Our dishwasher is 2 1/2 years old and we have noticed that it is leaving a white film on the dishes. Also, looks like a powdery residue on some of the dishes. Can you please suggest what to do to help fix this? Other than that it’s been a good dishwasher.

We understand your concern! A film or cloudy appearance on your dishware can be caused by limescale buildup from hard water, undissolved detergent, or overloading on detergent. If you have hard water in your home, you may consider a water softener or other remedies. Please ensure you are using the minimum amount of detergent and that your water heater is set at 120 degrees Fahrenheit; hot water is necessary to fully dissolve detergent, especially powder detergent or pods. It may be helpful to run hot water in your sink prior to starting the cycle! To help remove the film that is currently on your dishes, we recommend adding a cup of vinegar to a cycle instead of detergent. Further instructions are on page 19 of your Owner's Manual! Super quiet and so many options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our Kenmore dishwasher along with the range and fridge with Frigidaire after 22 years. Wow!!!! Frigidaire makes some awesome appliances. The dishwasher has so many cleaning options, the rack system is excellent, love the blue-green light (on off) gets everything super clean and super quiet just to name a features.

Quiet and quick!

It’s good, but could be better

We purchased this unit in 2017 and mechanically it is working well (other than not always drying properly).
The biggest pet peeve is the clips for the foldable bottom rack have basically stopped “clipping” and the rack falls down once you load it up with plates. This is extremely frustrating. This design should be improved, making the clips much stronger. It is on a rare occasion I need to lay the rack down; for everyday use the rack is always up....until it falls down.
