Surprised and disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprised when I realized there is no heating element dishes do not dry to my satisfaction inside of machine never completely dry. Cycles are hard to set often cycles appear on bar and have to be manually turned off to avoid running by accident. I made too many assumpttons that this would work as well as the 28 year old model I replaced. It does not ! On the positive side it looks very nice.

Hello!
This model does have an internal heating element and a fan as part of the Even Dry system. With the proper options selected, your dishes should be coming out dry, though plastic items (which are poor conductors of heat) may always cling to a few drops of water. Please ensure that Air Dry is deselected and your rinse aid compartment is full! You can also use a High or Sanitize setting for a hotter wash that results in a faster drying experience. Quiet good looking appliance

Good dishwasher

The dishwasher looks great, and we love where the settings are located. Dishwasher works great and have had no issues. One thing I would recommed to frigidaire is the washing racks. For a professional package, the washing racks seem to be flimsy. Solid racks would make a big difference.
