Not a good dishwasher

Does not dry the dishes regardless of jet dry or not, even after trying different levels of the jet dry. Does not clean all that well unless you only load dishes with lots of space in between each so I'm using the thing every day. Sometimes I have to run the clean cycle twice and I'm using the recommended detergent. It's so low to the floor I'm bent over double to get dishes out of the bottom rack. I'd just as soon wash by hand and save the water/electricity. Looking forward to it quitting on me so I can get a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there. Thank you for the feedback. Please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. This will improve the cleaning performance of the dishwasher. It just keeps washing had to hit rinse to get it to move on. No books on dishwasher told me how to reset it should I do that. This 87 year old needs all the help she can get.

Great features
