Poor performance and construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does not self heat the water. One needs to make sure the water leading into the dishwasher is preheated to 125 degrees. This means one must waste water at the sink to bring the lines up to 125 degrees..
The rinse arm on the top third rack hits the rack and constantly breaks off. This part is still part of warranty repair, but due to "issues" they cannit get the part.
This dishwasher has a short cycle of 30 minutes, but to dry the dishes, you must open the door to air dry. All other cycles take about 2 hours to run.
I will replace this model with another compwny as. soon as I can.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only rack that slides well is the middle dish rack. The silverware rack at the top gets stuck left and right and the bottom dish rack is always coming loose from its "tracks". There are no real tracks for the bottom rack, it just tries to hug the sides of the door interior and doesn't work that well.
Quick cycle is also insufficient and dishes are not coming out clean.

To enhance the cleaning performance, we do recommend the continued use of rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Should you find these suggestions do not resolve your concern please contact us directly for further assistance.

DIshwasher

This dishwasher cleans so well, I do not have to rewash anything, including the silverware.
The bottom rolling tray is somewhat difficult to roll and comes off the track often.

Disappointing Decibel Level

This unit is part of the ‘Professional Series’ line from Frigidaire. During operation it is noticeably louder than other units I have owned in the past. It cleans well and is of average build quality. Nothing screams ‘Professional ’ as the name implies.
