Great Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the simple, clean look of the dishwasher. I think the thin drawer on top is a bonus. The only thing I wish this dishwasher could do is dry my dishes better. A lot of my tubberware and plastic items have to go from the dishwasher to the drying rack before I can put it away.

I don't normally use a dishwasher but when I did to test it out, it didn't dry off all the water in it. Not sure if it was because there were no dishes or because of the setting. Buttons are definitely different to get used to. But I like the light feature on the bottom to let you know dishes are done. I will continue to test it out and see how I like it.

Holds Dishes but dries terrible, seals get rubbed

Had this dishwasher a week and we love how spacious it is. Two main issues - the flimsiness of the racks. I actually went back to the store to see if it was my dishwasher or whether the model had the same issue. When you push in the bottom rack, the silverwear basket rubs the door seal on the right side. This will quickly destroy the seal. I have to carefully slide it back pushing it further to the left so it doesn't rub. But there's NO way my kids are going to do that every time. Horrible design - all they have to do is make the handle on the silverwear basket and the hooks on the silverwear basket smaller/narrrower. And the second issue is drying. It doesn't matter how much rinse aid you put in or whether you run hot water, and all the helpful hints Frigidaire gives - the inside is still wet when the cycle says it's done. Doesn't make sense at all.

I feel awful to learn you are not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher. I understand you have checked your water temperature and using rinse aid. Sometimes water pressure can be a factor; the recommended water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

Super quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased in May and have been happy with it. Pros: super quiet, lots of loading options, favorite buttons for cycles. Cons: have had to reset (flip breaker) twice when setting some in door locked up, some areas of dishwasher clean better than others, dry setting works just ok sometimes leaves dishes wet.
