Very poor quality

The wash cycles are all exceptionally long, and dishes still come out dirty (even with prior rinsing). The dishes, regardless of how they are placed, are never 100 % clean; always remnants of residue. We have put the dry setting on max and the dishes have pooling of water on them every single use. The quality of the parts is extremely poor; the bottom rack derails every time, the utensil holder is loose and unstable. In fact, every part/piece in the dishwasher is not firmly secured in place. This is by far the worst dishwasher I've ever used. This is the Pro series, which we were advised was a higher quality line. We are extremely disappointed with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets dishes clean

We've only had this for a short time but it does get the dishes clean every time. The bottom rack sometimes doesn't slide in as easily as it should & feels a bit light weight.

We upgraded to this dishwasher from a different brand. We constantly had dirty dishes after a wash. This new one was takes care of that issue. We also like the 3rd rack!
