Wonderful!

We did a lot of research before we purchased this dishwasher. it has exceeded our expectations. This machine is extremely quiet. We can barely hear it running. It is nice to have the blue light that indicates when the cycle is complete. There is ample room for dishes. We use the third rack for silverware and often remove the silverware rack although there is still plenty of room when using it. The dishes are always clean and usually dry. We use the normal cycle most frequently. The 30 minute cycle is adequate for lightly soiled plates and tupperware but have a tea towel hamdy for drying. No complaints. I highly recommend this product.

Has never worked properly

There has been problems since I bought this dishwasher. Often stops before the end of the cycle and makes a grinding noise for a while before stopping again I had it checked and a part needed to be replaced, but it started doing the same thing again soon after.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible electronics

We have 4 kids so when we designed our kitchen, we decided to put 2 dishwashers in. we purchased 2 of these professional dishwashers and the matching full fridge and full freezer. We are very disappointed with the dishwashers. After 2 1/2 years, one of the dishwashers doesn’t work anymore! Had it checked by an appliance repair guy(at my cost since we’re past warranty) but because it’s not giving error codes and just shuts off mid cycle, there is no way of knowing what is going on. Our appliance repair guy was completely stumped. We were told it was either motherboard or keypad, no way to know unless we change them, which would cost more than a new one! We always got error codes on both, they are really finicky. The bottom rack always falls off it’s tracks so hard to slide back in. Doesn’t do the best cleaning job either. Save your money. Now we’re stuck with one that works, And one that doesn’t and just sits there. We don’t want to buy a new dishwasher since we would have to buy two or it won’t match as we wouldn’t buy Frigidaire again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Let Down

We've had the professional dishwasher for 1 year now.
Has to be the worst DW that we've ever owned. Always leaves grime or some sort of food left on plates. Constant grime left inside...see photo of what it looks like after clean cycle. This grime just builds up.
Detergent door has a mind of its own.
Broken silverware rack almost from the get go.
And dont even try to use liquid detergent.
I'd give 0 stars if possible.
Hunk of junk.

Debris from dishware can get trapped in the filter, glass trap, and spray arms causing blockages. Ensure that you clean out the filter, per the instructions in the use and care for your dishwasher. This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. My dog licking the dishes would get them cleaner than this dishwasher does.

Quiet and efficient

This dishwasher will tackle on all your dirty dishes and look good while doing it. Not to mention how quiet it is. Almost sounds like it’s gently raining outside when this is on. So far used the normal wash, the heavy wash and the 30minute wash and they all performed very well. Loving the third rack, great for spatulas and other big utensils. Got this dishwasher at the same time as the fridge and the range from the professional series and the three of them together look absolutely stunning and will not disappoint. I am very satisfied with all of them

Great dishwasher

Bought this 1 month ago and we absolutely love it, washes and dries perfectly on the normal cycle. Not as quiet as our old Whirlpool Elite but washes better. The third rack is great, we don't use the cutlery basket.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible product. I have had nothing but dirty dishes come out of it regardless of pre-rinsing, trying various detergents, etc. I have to wash at least half of the dishes on the top rack after they come out of the dishwasher. Very disappointed.

To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
- A Rinsing Aid must be used (assists in the cleaning and drying of dishes)
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit
-Cycle selection should be changed based on the content of the dishwasher and the soil level of those dishes
-Heavily soiled items should be cleaned using the "Heavy" cycle.
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry should be selected
