Looks great, if it would only work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this dishwasher installed during the construction of our new home. It has operated correctly from the beginning. Two repair calls and now they’re saying the tub needs to be replaced! I just want a new dishwasher.

Bought to match other appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first dishwasher. We have had it for about 6 months and one day it just stopped working - no power. Apparently panel needs to be replaced and the part is on back order so had to go through Thanksgiving with no dishwasher. I picked this model despite the high price because I have the stove and I am a sucker and wanted to match. For the price, I don’t think it works particularly well. Sometimes dishes come out still dirty and they are never dry. Better than hand washing everything but definitely not worth the higher price.

Too much re-engineering

This dishwasher cleans dishes adequately. The two things that I don't like about it is that they eliminated the spring mechanism that holds the door from dropping on your shins. We even had the repairman from the appliance store out and after he looked at it he confirmed that there is no way to adjust the door to keep it from free falling. The other issue is the way the racks have been re-designed. The prongs have been arrayed in such a manner as to make loading dishes a real pain. You'd think that as long as dishwashers have been around that they would have found a working layout and stick with it.

A Joke Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be more disgusted with a product. Control board failed after 1 year barely out of warranty. Dish racks are flimsy and have to be carefully pushed back in or it falls off the tracks. Door screws are stripped and falling out and can’t be put back in. Dishes don’t dry completely no matter the setting. The design of the utensil basket makes all the utensils fall through the sides and hard to get out and the basket doesn’t even secure to the side. This is part of the professional series and there is absolutely nothing professional about this piece of garbage.

Disappointed

Also hard to fit pans in the configuration compared to other brands I have had in the past.
Already had to have a pump replaced less than 6 months in.

Worst dishwasher I have ever haf

Not so good

In regards to drying the dishes, most consumers have found that ensuring that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit and using a rinse aid can alleviate most drying matters. You are also able to view additional drying tips in the manual on page 17 of the use and care manual.
