Nice but not complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not fully dry well at all. Bottom tray is very flimsy to slide in and out. Does not fully wash unless dishes are fully cleaned off

Hi, Musclesfradiavolo! I can imagine your concern. To improve drying and cleaning performance, please make sure your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, you are running the hot water in the sink prior to starting the dishwasher, you are using plenty of rinse aid, and you are loading per the instructions in the manual. Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine came with my new house. I like the third rack for flat items and the blue ‘I’m done’ light. Wish the silverware basket was larger, and it were quieter.

Clean and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good marks on two important aspects of what we were looking for in a new dishwasher. It does a good job of getting the dishes clean, regardless of posistion in the the machine, and it's very quiet compared to previously owned dishwashers. So far my only concerns are a difficulty in starting a simple cycle (just pressing 'normal' and 'start' and closing the door doesn't always work), and the amount of moisture and standing water in the machine and on some dishes seems excessive; too much hand drying for a dishwasher that touts 'even drying'. All that being said, we view the product as a good buy, and look foward to years of use.

Needs a heated dry option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This upsishwasher came with our newly built house. Our only complaint is there is no heated dry option for a short wash. The air dry option left our dishes very wet and had to be hand dried. The full cycle with a drying option takes about 2 hours
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your feedback and comments. I feel awful to hear you are not getting the best cleaning/drying performance from your unit.
Cycle times are approximate and will vary with options selected. Hot water is necessary to activate dishwasher detergent and melt fatty food soils. An automatic sensor will check the incoming water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened for automatic water heating in the main wash and final rinse of all cycles.
Did you know? Your household water temperature and pressure play a key role in your appliance’s performance. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the suggested temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
