Slim profile, Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance supplied by builder of new construction home. Great look for high end kitchen and initial quality good in first month. I can’t comment in value as I don’t know the cost since it was supplied with home. Located in open floor plan so noise is important. This unit while running is near silent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely quiet

I am extremely happy with the look and how quiet it is but it doesn’t completely dry all the dishes when the air dry setting is not selected. Also there seems to be accumulated water on the door and in the bottom. I will be calling for a service call. I really wanted give a higher rating.

Beautiful - Misses On Door Compartments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful product except the door compartments are very narrow. Anything wider than a beer bottle won't fit, so if you don't shop at Costco and don't mind buying your condiments in the small sizes it's fine.

disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is new construction so we did not select the appliances, only that it was the upgraded "professional series" that we selected. I like the quietness while it is running but not a fan for several reasons: The cycles are too long (upwards of 3 hours)and if you select the 30 min. cycle you do not have the option of high heat dry, only air dry. The dishes don't get dry if you select air dry. Condensation stays on the door for hours even if you leave the door ajar for a period of time after the cycle is complete. There is enough humidity in the air where I live so adding more humidity to our environment is not something I'm fond of. I've only had it for 2 weeks so I will continue to try different cycles in hopes that I find one that works for me. Lastly, there is too much give in the shelves when you open and close them. I have to lift the shelf up and pull it out, not just pull it straight out. Therefore, it feels a bit flimsy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lynn SF I am dismayed that your new dishwasher is not performing as expected. Please check to ensure your dishwasher was installed level and plumb (rack removal dilemmas can occur).New dishwashers are designed to use less water and energy than older models while still maintaining superior performance. It is normal for cycles to run longer as this is due to the lower water and energy consumption. Dishwashers require a min temp to wash and dry effectively. When the unit has to heat the water, it will extend the cycle time. Be sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120F, and run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes (like you might do before getting in the shower). Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Very quiet and Full of space

This dishwasher has so much room (3 tiers), and their are several different settings that are available to fit your needs. It allows you to program your favorite setting, which is handy when my husband has to start the dishwasher. He does’t have to think about what settings he needs. I have never had such a quiet product and it cleans and dries the dishes efficiently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent dishwasher
