You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common for all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. Also, check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the hot water at the sink closest to your dishwasher prior to running your wash load.
