Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great looking appliance, it cleans well and is quiet BUT it does not dry the dishes! Yes we use rinse aid and our hot water is set well above 120. It’s just doesn’t dry without a heating element. So disappointed!

Takemetothebeach, I am dismayed to hear of your lack of drying from your dishwasher. There are only a few trouble shooting steps to address, before seeking service. Please run the water in the sink before starting the dishwasher to clear any cool water from the pipes. Please increase the amount of rinse aid that is being dispensed (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual). Select High heat option by pressing the high pad. The dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140°F, and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse to help with the drying stage (page five in your Owner’s Manual). Excellent appliance

Some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well. Quiet but long cycles. Plastic items do not dry. Racks seem cheap. Glassware fit better on racks of the old dishwasher. Love the hidden control panel and blue light indicating cycle complete. Door is very heavy. Door and racks are low to ground.

Thank you for sharing your dishwasher experience, MominMa. I recommend making sure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and the "Heat Dry" option is on. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle. I hope this helps! Nice exterior finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it is working fine. I like the finish on the exterior as water drips don’t show. I am having to learn how to stack my style of dishes and bowls in the lower rack as some lean over too far or don’t fit. I also am not sure how to use the very thin upper rack.

Cleans great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No pre-rinse required and dishes come out sparkling. The energy saver level cuts off 30 full minutes, but dishes will come out dry with a few drops of jet dry.

Best dishwasher ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a dishwasher clean so well. Has great features, but typically use the normal. I always had to practically wash my dishes to get them clean, not this dishwasher, they're clean without washing.
