Plates fall over

I bought this dishwasher a few weeks ago and love it except for the lower rack. The plates won't stay upright, drives me nuts. It wasn't cheap and they all fall over. I'm scared they will get broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good overall dishwasher, however if the racks are not pulled out exactly evenly they do bind.

First time with a dishwasher and love it!! I had been without one for 25 yrs so I wasn't sure if I needed it for my new kitchen. After 3 weeks, I won't give it up!! Superb cleaning!

Bought the d/washer as part of a kitchen set because my previous beloved d/washer destroyed in a fire. Am still getting used to it, but have to admit I love my previous one better. I always use the uppermost 3rd rack for my cutlery, but it's somewhat awkward. The middle rack only has one dedicated middle row for small plates and bowls....I used to have 2 rows with plenty of remaining room for cups/glasses.
