[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed two of these dishwashers in our new construction. We've only lived here 6 weeks, but are happy with their cleaning so far. The one negative is that dishes on all three levels are still wet after the cycle finishes and the tub does not dry quickly. This may be partially due to the cycle we select, primarily "China Crystal" setting because of our Noritake china. We're thrilled with the quietness of the dishwasher in our open concept kitchen/great room. You can barely hear it operating, so the gentle chirp and blue light indicator at the end of the cycle are unobtrusive but helpful.

DOESNT DRY VERY GOOD

Washer cam with house i bought however it doesnt dry our loads very well. Does anyone have feedback on how to get a good wash and have dishes dry better?

Hi Maggie12c, I certainly understand as you mentioned here, your dishes are not drying in your dishwasher. I am happy to assist you with your concerns. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Have not figured out the top (3rd) rack. It is a good idea but it is so shallow that I have only found one dish that fits on it.
The biggest complaint is the fact that the door opens so close to the floor that I am always kicking it and the handle when loading and unloading the dishes.
