Good product - some issues

Overall I’m satisfied but I do have a couple of issues. Firstly I find the bottom rack often falls off the track when you pull it out or push it in. Secondly we’ve tried all the drying options but we still find the dishes to be damp. Thirdly, we have yet to find a place where a wine glass would fit. We’ve tried the middle rack and they won’t fit and they’re not that tall. One other irritant is the tines are on an angle and I find the plates don’t stand up straight but lean over but it doesn’t seem to affect the washing process. The quality of the wash is good, it looks great and I do like the hidden control panel.

Major Appliance Failure at 2 Years is Extremely Suspicious

I can understand why only a one year standard warranty is offered for this Frigidaire dishwasher because they obviously know this machine is not built to last. The dishwasher was installed in January of 2021, and required service one month post warranty due to intense burning smell coming from the machine during use. Now (March 2023) the dishwasher cut off mid cycle and is completely unresponsive. No luck with troubleshooting suggestions from manual. Prices for service and parts seem absurd and I will have to replace urgently in order to be able to sanitize items for a newborn. Very poor timing and all-in-all a very poor experience with this Frigidaire dishwasher that I paid a premium for compared to better-reviewed competitor options. Beautiful machine headed to landfill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

nice machine

We have had the dishwasher for 3 weeks and it's been cleaning the dishes really well.My only observation is that the racks are not very sturdy and it can be difficult to pull them out.For the professional series, I was hoping for a more solid machine But it's early days.
