Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for 3.5 months and I keep hoping I will like it more. So far, it is disappointing. This dishwasher leaves copious amounts of water inside it after the cycle has finished. I have kept the rinse agent at capacity (on advice of service rep) and it continues to retain water. The morning after it has run, there is water everywhere. If I don't dry the inside of the machine, mold develops.
On another note, the rack glides are cheap and the racks don't move smoothly. Overall, this machine leaves quite a bit to be desired. I would not purchase again.

We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees and the “Heat Dry” option is selected. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fist one lasted several years 2nd one lasted several months professional series won’t start had it serviced thr times still won’t run want to by a new one but when they tell you to add the extended service contract that scares me I don’t know if I really want to go for three and 0 what do you think fridgadaire

Appreciate delivery men

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Von and Tom were greatly appreciated when they took away the old and brought in the new dishwasher. They were careful with the floor and walls. They also made sure there were not any leaks, explained how the dishwasher worked, and made sure the dishwasher was level.

The worst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is a pain. It doesn’t dry well at all. It doesn’t clean well, I have to literally hand wash every dish and piece of silverware. My old one would clean everything. The upper rack won’t hold up my bowls. The lower rack folds like a lawn chair when I load the plates. I had to use a zip tie to hold the thing in place. Worst buy of my life.
