This is the best cleaning dishwasher I have ever owned. It is also so quiet that you can barely hear it run. Overall, I am extremely pleased.

Appliances came with new home purchase. Unit is very quiet, washes well, however normal cycle seems very long @ 162 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the rinse feature. Wish the rack were made of better material. Very quiet and I love the "finished" blue light at the bottom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for a month now and have had no issues. I only used 4 stars because I have never had a dishwasher before and not sure “what to look for” with this type of appliance. Dishes are clean, only soak heavily soiled items before washing.

Another piece of junk by Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher doesn't clean. We use the manufacturer recommended soap and it wont even dispense it. It will only work about 1 in 10 times. After the cycle is complete we open the door and see the soap is sitting on the bottom of the dishwasher. The repair man has been out about 5 times on this piece. He told us that for the dishwasher to work right we have to run the hot water in our sink before we start it because the dishwasher wont get the water hot enough. It doesn't clean. The only thing that it does will is sit there and waste space. We have owned this for 18 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Mike. We understand you have some concerns regarding the performance of your dishwasher. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, we would recommend like the service provider, to run the hot water at the sink closest to your dishwasher prior to running your wash load. This will purge out the cold water from the line.
