Not Thrilled

I would return it if I could. Not as nice as the product that I had for the last 28 years. My old dishwasher used to actually dry the dishes. The slats that you put the dishes in to stack dishwasher are not adequate. I would like to know what my options are. AND you people refuse to answer my very nice e-mails or phone calls.

Large Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this dishwasher for our new home because of its capacity to hold dishes from a dinner for twelve! Using the Normal wash with the addition of the high temp feature it washes and dries all three racks perfectly!

So far so bad!

The dishwasher turns on and only drains--loudly and beeps. I finally unplugged it, will call them back tomorrow. Have been trying to use it unsuccessfully for 2 weeks. Have the less expensive model upstairs and it works fine. Should have stuck to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in package deal for new house. Love the industrial styling on professional models. However, bar handle brackets collect dust and crumbs. Not a good feature. Totally love my counter depth fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is so quiet

We purchased the dishwasher as part of a package and we are so happy with the decision. We have a large great room, kitchen, dinning area, family room which in the past was so noisy when the dishwasher was on. No we can enjoy a movie and not even know the dishwasher is on. Love it! Only set back, is the air dry but not an issue at all, dishes clean very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
