A third rack????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a third rack on the top of the dishwasher that gets stuff incredibly clean--who knew? After our old dishwasher continually spewed its contents onto the floor, we realized it was time for a new one. We were so excited to have a functioning dishwasher that we never actually realized there was a top rack--who could believe it? All that small delicate stuff that gets lost or chewed up worse than dog toys now fits on the top and gets clean and doesn't spill. Thank you to the engineers--total win on this one!
For the mundane stuff: it cleans well, it is quiet, and it has cool lights on the floor to indicate working or done. The panel on the top for selecting cycles is really helpful to keep children or investigating border collies away from the controls. Again, thank you to the engineers--score!

And extremely quiet rattle trap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with performance but extremely unhappy with the flimsy trays and the silverware tray that throws the wheels off track every time you open and close due to the fact it is not secured to anything! Come on Frigidaire you can do better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to completely clean my dishes before I loaded the dishwasher but I have finally decided to listen to the salesman and am now scraping them and loading. It is such a time saver and the are coming out clean. Try it… you will be surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we like the dishwasher very much. It runs quietly to point we can watch TV and there is no noise interference. It cleans better than any dishwasher we have had in the last 10 years. However, the lower rack has a tendency to slip its track and make its tough to close. In addition, the utensil holder tends to catch on the frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this DW because it was part of a package. It is a decent option. We have been using Bosch for 10+ years and still prefer that. The Frigidaire racks do not slide in and out as easily and they dishes don't dry as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never owned a Frigidaire; the builder selected the dishwasher. I’ve had different brands of dishwashers; some I liked and others not so much. This dishwasher has done a great job thus far and I like its performance. We have an open concept home and the dishwasher is very quiet while operation. Very pleased.

Not Great at Drying Dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features on my new dishwasher but the Even Dry system is disappointing. Even using Jet Dry, I have to hand dry a lot of the dishes, especially plastics.
