New Professional Dishwasher Doesn't Clean Well And Doesn't Dry At All

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a kitchen full of Frigidaire Professional series appliances that I have been very satisfied with, so when it came time to replace my dishwasher the choice was an easy one. After having the new dishwasher installed, it seemed like a very good choice. The features on this dishwasher are many which is one of the reasons I chose Frigidaire Professional appliances the last time around. Unfortunately, the great looks and convenient features were overcome by this dishwashers inability to dry the dishes. It doesn't matter what type of rinse aid I use, how hot I run the cycle, or any other variable, the dishes are all dripping wet, and the glasses look like they just came out of a milk bath. I'm less than impressed and very disappointed in this dishwasher! I'm very seriously considering taking this dishwasher out and replacing it with another brand. Sorry Frigidaire, you let me down this time.

Also for not drying concern, nested dishes and silverware will not dry properly. Plastics will not dry completely (such as tupperware). Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots and filming. With it water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplet. Also, your water heater should be set to a minimum of 120 degrees. We sincerely hope that this is helpful to you. Would not recommend

I got this as a new appliance when I moved into my new house. I would never purchase this dishwasher. It has very few settings, the top silverware rack is very very stiff so it’s difficult to move in and out, the bottom rack literally falls off the slider 10/10 times. It will not stay in place. The little grids for the dishes to stay upright suck. They always fall over. It was leaking the first time I used it. Tech came out and fixed it. But there is no gasket along the bottom of the dishwasher and the tech agreed that that’s abnormal.
Overall, I’m going to try to return this dishwasher with the people I bought the house from. Save yourself the trouble and get an LG. Loved the Lg at my parents house.

My recent Frigidaire dishwasher purshase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job cleaning dishes, I like the light feature that changes color when the cycle is complete. I do not care for the main dish rack it does not load as well has other dishwashers that I have owned.

Dissapointing

Bought a new house with brand new Frigidaire Professional dishwasher 4 years ago. Our dishwasher started acting up at about year 1. We've had a repair man out several times for flooding of the base and shorting out the entire washer. 5 months later, totally stopped working again. ready to throw it out and start over with anyone other than Frigidaire.

Quiet but hard to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is pretty quiet but it is a challenge to get everything loaded. By contrast, my old dishwasher had a place for everything. Bowls are particularly hard to stand up.

Great washing, terrible drying

AWFUL at drying. I know all the new ones require rinse aid to dry; done. Everything is wet even a day later. Doesn't matter of it's plastic, metal (cup, silverware, etc) or any material.
