Work for 2 years and died. Didn’t get the dishes dry from day one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have still not adjusted fully to using this one for all of the kitchenware that could go into it, but it is very impressive. As a person who is not used to using such a dishwasher, it would be nice if the literature provided with it had included a 'Loading the Dishwaher for Dummies' booklet, but it seems to clean everything I have put into it wherever it has been placed. Very pleased with this washer overall.

Dishwasher - IT'S A LEMON - DO NOT BUY

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. Have had to have it serviced several times including replacing the Mother Board. It is an expensive piece of junk! Do not buy! I've only had it 2 years and it DOES NOT WORK!!!

holds a mold smell

I barely used when I first moved in my new home! Doesn't dry completely and holds a moldy smell.

We’re sorry to learn about the issue with mildew, and not getting the best drying performance from your washer.
We recommend from time to time try running your dishwasher in the RINSE ONLY cycle, and pouring a cup of distilled vinegar into the tub. This may prevent any odors or mold.
Also, please watch this short video of additional tips on how to conquer a "smelly" dishwasher.

Have you measured the temperature from your faucet?
Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, increasing your rinse aid helps with the drying process.

Broken after a few months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had three services on this machine and it is still not working! So frustrating that it requires three services before they will even begin the process of replacing it. It's been months we have been without a dishwasher.

We have had this dishwasher now for about 2 years. It was higher priced than many others. I detest this dishwasher. The dishes are not clean when they come out and I always rinse and prewash a lot before I put dishes in. The dishes are not dry when they come out, but the worst is the controls do not seem to work, I cannot get it to cancel. It keeps beeping and I'm not sure if we have a faulty product or it just really is this bad. I've had a number of dishwashers but this is by far the worst.
