Subpar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outside looks awesome. Very pleasing to the eye.. Performance not so hot. Top utensil rack hard to load and utensils feel greasy and do not get clean. Top rack a true waste of space. No space for pots on the bottom rack and plates fall forward due to no good place to hold them up.

And always make sure that the items are loaded properly. Large items on the bottom rack, small items on the top rack; there should be space between the items to allow water to flow. Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down. Utensils should not be nested. The spray arms should not be blocked, allowing them to rotate freely. It’s ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, and love the 3rd rack, but drawers do not roll smoothly, and overall the dishwasher sits low. Still learning proper loading to get the best water contact during cycle. I kind of miss my old GE

Great dishwasher, racks feel low end

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works great and is super quiet but the racks inside feel low quality. They are very unstable, movement isn’t smooth so it feels like corners were cut on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its is ok. I feel the racks are cheaply made ant sterdy enough. They do not glide in andvout easy. There is notva quick wash option and it does not dry my dishes. Ibalways have to dry them when cycle is complete. Does it function? Yes

Worst dishwasher I've ever used

We just remodeled our kitchen and chose the Frigidaire Professional appliances because we wanted top quality. While I'm very happy with the fridge, microwave, and range, I absolutely HATE the dishwasher. First, it doesn't dry the dishes at all. I've used the recommended settings, added the heat option, and all of the dishes come out dripping wet. Second, the bottom rack doesn't fit regular plates. The ties are so close together that only really slim plates with no raised edge will fit and stand up (think 70's Corningware). My plates are not an unusual design, nor are they especially thick, they are standard in every way, but with the tines being less than an inch apart, they don't fit. Third, the racks are incredible flimsy. When I pull out the bottom rack to load dishes, it pops off the track every time, and I have to reset it before pushing it back. Lastly, the silverware holder doesn't actually fit the machine. If you place it in the spot it is designed for, it wobbles around and you can't push the rack in because the handle of the silverware holder sticks out farther than the interior wall of the dishwasher. There is an odd plastic piece that can be attached to the rack behind the silverware basket that pushes the basket forward (so the top is angled away from the wall) that keeps the handle from hitting the wall, but it just makes the basket even more unstable. I think that plastic piece was just something thrown in there by the manufacturer to try to solve the problem with the handle without redesigning the basket, as there is no mention of it in the instructions and its poorly designed. In short, although this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever purchased, it is by far the worst. Sadly, no repair will ever fix what is wrong with this machine.
