Cleans Very Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 month in from purchase and all is well. It is very quiet and cleans well. The entire appliance doors and racks are very light weight compared to my old KitchenAid. This gives the feeling not made as well so time will tell. The lower rack rollers often go off track and the others bind pulling in and out. That is the only reason for 4 and not 5 star rating.

Lower rack gets caught on door frequently. Disappointing for washer of this price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drying system works excellently. User interface on top side of pull out is great. However, lower drawer gets caught frequently on the transition between the box unit and the door. The drawer itself has a flimsy feel to it, as well. This is quite odd for a washer of this price range.

We are bummed to hear that the rack keeps getting caught between the tub and door. The rack has a higher chance of doing this when pulled out from the side. We recommend pulling from the front center of the rack so that the angle it rolls in is straight forward. We hope this helps! - Kailey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how quiet and energy efficient this dishwasher is.. but there is no options for drying and without fail my dishes come out wet every time I use my dishwasher. I run it every night and every morning open the door to muggy wetness. It’s very frustrating given I paid all this money for an “evendry” system

so frustrated

We've had this dishwasher for over 6 months, it's worked for a total of about six weeks with most of the rest of the time spent waiting for service calls. I'm told by the repair company that the problem is that small parts of food are bypassing the 2 filters intended to stop them and causing a blockage at the air gap which then shuts everything down. It's happened multiple times despite our best efforts to scrape what goes into it...apparently it requires a pre-wash. I'm also told that this model doesn't have a grinder which would keep this from happening.
