Does not dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a year ago and have nothing but problems. Worst case scenario never dries my dishes. After 2 hours still wet. I would not purchase again. Needs heating element. After 4 to 5 service calls they finally replaced motherboard and two sensors and still does not dry my dishes even if it’s sitting in the dishwasher for two days

Unable to use since purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to use this product. The first time I Tried to use it I had water on the floor. The repair man came and determine the sump in the bottom of the dishwasher had a broken part where the pump connects to it. Still waiting for the repairs to be completed.

The control settings are very confusing

Doesn’t Dry at All !

I was so excited to get my new washer I spent a lot of money which I feel like this washer doesn’t work. I literally used it 3 times and I noticed it doesn’t dry at all and my dishes are soaking wet. I would like to call someone and get this fixed or figure what the best route of returning this item is.

Quiet but quirky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans dishes well and is whisper quiet. The silverware rack doesn’t lock in place so it can be difficult to keep in its correct spot. Also, on several occasions the detergent pod didn’t open completely so we had to re-wash dishes.
