came from the factory broken

It never worked right. The error code is i20. Looked this up online and it is some sort of pressure sensor.
What I see is a dishwasher that won't drain. The bottom of the tub is full of water and though the thing runs repeatedly trying to clear it for half an hour it never works. I bought this new from a retail outlet and it has been over a month. Never worked once.
I bought four appliances in a package. All four have been broken or had issues from the factory. This used to be a good name brand. Now, it stands for nothing but expensive.

Regarding your dishwasher not draining, please check to ensure the knockout plug was removed during installation if connected to a food disposer.
