2 weeks old compared to my old dishwasher which was moved downstairs this one is much louder and getting louder (i will be switching them around) as it gets use more there is a hum now there are no lights to indicate anything after setting and turned on it should indicate what was selected only a blue light at trhe bottom when its done

By far worst designed dishwasher ever

by far worst designed dishwasher ever! Top rack utensils NEVER get cleaned Loc function turns on for smallest of reasons and such a pain to try and turn off Lower utensil holder has space on either side that utensils just slide through and land in the bottom of the unit

very disappointed

I have yet to see clean dishes coming out of this dishwasher. It looks fantastic BUT within a month the rack that holds the plates in the bottom broke off... despite I prewash all the dishes by hand - they come out dirty again... my husband takes the arm and the filter out several times a week to clean, we changed our usual brand of dishwasher pucks three times to seeif that could be the issue and nothing seems to help. I am almost giving up ... brand new dishwasher will go to the curb soon as I am running out of my patience. So far this is our worst dishwasher we ever own- we are very disappointed

Do not buy this dishwasher !!! Dishes come out clean maybe 2 times out of 10 ... our GLASSES that went in with zero food on them, come out with food plastered all over them. It does NOT dry like it says it does, I have actually had to dry many dishes after it stops.. and we even let it sit for a while!!! I didn't buy a dishwasher to wash and dry dishes when the cyle is finished! I have also opened it many times to find my plates all piled on top of one another because the flaps that hold the plates up have collapsed. Terrible product. Gave it 1 star only because I had to choose something.

With your unit, you have to filters that need to be cleaned periodically. This could cause your concern for the food on the dishes after a wash. So disappointed!

We recently bought the entire professional series of appliances for our new kitchen. We’ve been using the dishwasher for about five months now - we’ve had to pull it out and fix it on 2 separate occasions because it would not drain due to clogging in the drainage tube and now it just doesn’t turn on. I’m so disappointed and I’ve waited such a long time to have new higher end appliances

To enhance your drying performance, ensure that you're using rinse aid, along with your heated-dry option of your dishwasher. Makes dishes dirtier!

I didn’t think it was possible, but my dishes come out dirtier than they go in, specifically on the top rack. I pre-rinse all dishes and we put cups in there that only had water in them and they come out with baked on crud all over them. The dishwasher now stops mid cycle and won’t complete the wash (not that it matters because a complete wash is still filthy). Now we’re also struggling to get the door to latch closed to be able to start a cycle. We’ll be buying a different brand to replace it, as it is creating more work for us than if we just hand washed everything.

Adjusting cycle time

We like the dishwasher, but would like to be able to adjust the wash cycle time. for example the normal cycle is 157minute and we want to adjust to 60-75 minutes. Is this possible and if so how?
