Its not all about the looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are too many wash options to choose but nothing does the work to your satisfaction. Racks are for designed to fit kids toys and not deep dishes. Overall this dishwasher will make you wish you cleaned your dishes by hand like good old days.

Terrible.

I bought the Frigidaire professional line 12 years ago and we just upgraded. Not the same quality at all. This dishwasher does not dry the dishes, nor does it get them clean. I am having to hand dry my dishes before I can put them up bc of how wet they are. Also, the racks are junk and do not stay on the tracks. It’s just all around bad. Not happy.

Uh oh, PFloreck! I hate to hear that you are having trouble with your dishwasher. To improve drying performance, please make sure your hot water heater is set to at least 120 degrees, you are loading per the instructions in your Owner's Manual, you have not selected Air Dry, and you are using plenty of rinse aid. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to us directly for additional assistance. ~ Brandi

cleans well, drying could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, fits everything so far-only had 1 month. Could dry better, still trying combinations of cycles & raised rinse aid levels. Washer arm always has water in it so when rack is pulled out always leaks quite a bit. Usually condensation inside of machine and need to dry some items ( all in 30 minute mode, air dry was a no dry) 25 yr old machine replaced dried much better. Like overall, quiet, sturdier than expected, many loading options and nice design. Hope to find the correct cycle combo to dry well but really wish the 30 min cycle air dry worked.

Hi Mandjz, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us concerning your dishwasher. Another suggestion would be to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. Please feel free to contact us directly if you should have any questions. Thank you kindly, Jennifer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried many of the cycles and found the only two options that would dry my dishes were the power plus and normal wash, which uses way too much water and takes a very long time to finish. Despite using a rinse aid on the other cycles, dishes and silverware were not completely dry. The silverware basket has a wide opening on the side, which allows the silverware to slip through. On the plus side, it is very quiet when in use. I do like the third top rack for small, flat items.

Great dishwasher; very quiet. I just wish there was a display in front and the ability to stop in case you need it.

Looks great! But water doesn't heat!

After much difficulty getting this dishwasher installed (possibly our contractor's error), I've noticed that the water doesn't heat -- even when we set it on the "high" heat setting. And the control panel doesn't allow us to cancel once we've pressed a setting. Bought matching fridge & the ice maker went out within six months. Not happy.

Oh my! Elljaycue, both the currently running cycle and a delay countdown can be cancelled at any time. Open the dishwasher door and press the START/CANCEL pad until you hear a tone. The running cycle, or the delay countdown is then cancelled. If desired, a new cycle can now be selected. By pressing START/CANCEL pad and closing the door immediately, the new cycle will begin (Page six in your Owner’s Manual). The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. If you are unsure concerning your water temperature at your faucet, hold a candy or meat thermometer in the water stream to check the temperature. If temperature is below 120°F (49°C), have a qualified person raise the hot water heater thermostat setting (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual). I hope this helped! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth
