A grinding or buzzing noise is usually nothing to worry about. You can hear your dishwasher grind or buzz when it forces water down the drain. If the sound is very loud, check your pump impeller. There are a few reasons why your dishwasher might not be cleaning effectively, including a dirty filter, incorrect detergent, improper loading, or the wrong cycle or water temperature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an emergency purchase when the old dishwasher leaked. Basically, looked at what was available to take home. Was looking for something reasonably priced but not on the low end. Took this home and was pretty easy to install. Feature I liked the the best was the top rack for silverware. Also is really quiet and looks nice. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
