Not as heavy duty as it should be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lower rack is cheep and flimsy compared to my old kitchen aid, wheels are horrible with the 1/2 wheel design! The lower rack the tines are too close together for plates with rolled edges, center rack is fine upper is hard to open and closed and with a utensil basket already in the lower rack. The third rack should be wide open for bigger utensils and large, spatulas and wooden spoons. Looks nice and cleans well so far. But it’s a pain to load you were more concerned on maximum place settings than actually designing a rack for plates with wide deeper bottoms and rolled edges. No water safety shut off like my old kitchen aid that worked well when the drain pump failed. Prevents dishwasher from filling when it can’t drain! I do like the rear level adjust much better than my last unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a new home along with new Frigidaire Professional appliances. The dishwasher layout is very good with several options to fold the racks to accommodate larger items. The clean cycle settings allow us the flexibility to clean crystal as well as our daily dishware. The rack arrangement is not as accommodating for larger stemmed crystal glasses. The air-drying cycle seems to provide minimal to no drying whereas the heated-drying cycle performs well. The 3rd or upper rack is difficult to pull out, it does not slide as well as the others.
