Ok when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used only for a week and it already is having issues. In the middle of a cycle it started running rough, beeping and the blue light was flashing while throwing out an error code. Having someone come out to take a look at, but doesn’t speak well to an appliance that’s brands new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the buttons on top, wash options and third rack just for silverware our favorite feature though is the blue running light projected onto the floor which turns green when the is complete! It’s so quiet my kids wouldn’t be able to tell it’s running otherwise!

One of the standout features of this dishwasher is its ability to clean even the toughest of stains and grime. Whether it is baked-on food or stubborn grease, the Frigidaire professional dishwasher has consistently delivered sparkling clean dishes every time I have used it. The powerful spray arm and multiple wash cycle options ensure that dishes come out spotless and sanitized.
In addition to its cleaning capabilities, this dishwasher is also extremely efficient and easy to use. Its intuitive control panel and customizable settings make it easy to select the right wash cycle for any load, whether it is heavily soiled pots and pans or delicate glassware. The dishwasher also has a delay start feature that allows me to set it to run at a later time, which is convenient for busy days.
Another feature that I appreciate is the dishwasher's quiet operation. It is so quiet that I often forget that it is running, which is a significant improvement over my previous dishwasher that was much louder and more disruptive. This is particularly useful when entertaining guests, as it ensures that conversations are not interrupted by the noise of a running dishwasher.

Worst dishwasher I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just remodeled our kitchen and chose the suite of Frigidaire Pro appliances. We're very happy with the fridge, range, and microwave, but the dishwasher is absolutely terrible. First, it does not dry at all. I use the correct settings, add heat to it, and the dishes still come out dripping wet. We've only had the appliance for a few weeks, and it's been this way from day one, so there are no clogs causing it. I'm attaching a picture showing the water droplets after a full cycle with heated dry ran overnight. Second, the silverware holder doesn't fit. When you sit it in its cradle, it's loose and just rattles around, and you can't close the door because the basket's handle hits the wall. There's an extra plastic piece that came with it that's not mentioned in the instructions at all, but the installers said it fits onto the rack under the basket and pushes it forward. Obviously, this is a late addition by the manufacturer to try to solve the handle-hitting-wall problem, but all it does is tilt the basket forward. So the basket now just sits loosely at an angle, still rattling around, just doing so at an angle. Third, the tines on the lower rack are too close together to allow dinner plates to stand up. My plates are standard (not exceptionally deep) but they don't fit between the tines, so they don't stand up. The only type of dinner plate that fits properly are the really flat and skinny corningware type (which are coincidentally what are shown in every picture advertising this dishwasher). I'm attaching a picture of my plates in the dishwasher. Fourth, the bottom rack is flimsy and cheap. When you pull it out, it rattles and falls off the track, so you have to lift it back up and straighten it out before pushing it back in.
In a nutshell, this is the most expensive dishwasher I've ever owned, yet it is the worst one I've ever owned. Sadly, no repair will fix these problems.
