Really, it dries dishes? Not mine!

I purchased all Frigidaire Professional suite of kitchen appliances at the end of 2022. Had to wait about 8 wks to receive and install them all. I chose this dishwasher because it seemed to have less moving parts than my previous Kitchen Aid machine. And yes, it does, but it also does not have HEAT DRY. My cups and other dishware are always wet and have to be towel dried. THis machine has less moving parts, but also cheap ones. The racks don't roll smoothly. The bottom one is difficult to roll at all, always coming off tracks when we push it in. Top one is just flimsy. AN EXTREMELY CHEAPLY DESIGNED AND FABRICATED MACHINE. Just like the fridge and the single wall oven I got. So far, most pleased with the convection microwave. I hope I am pleasantly surprised by this product, if it lasts longer than 3 yrs (Kitchen Aids bottom racks tines rusted in 3yrs).
I do not recommend Frigidaire Professional products, as they are EXTREMELY low level products, but they increased the price from just basic line.

We are going to do our best to assist you. Select heat dry option. Make sure the rinse-aid dispenser is filled. Increase the discharge setting of the rinse aid. Check the incoming water temperature. Be sure it is at least 120°F (49°C). Check for proper loading and avoid nesting items. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet. I was pleased at how clean my dishes were. I did no pre rinsing prior to using it and they still came out super clean. I love the towel rack handle which matches my other appliances and cabinet hardware.

Good upgrade dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the options for heated and non-heated dry cycles in this dishwasher. The energy savings for non-heated dry are significant in my opinion. Installation was smooth with the bundled install service. The combination of the third rack and the flatware basket on this model is very good as well. As a minor drawback, the spacing of pegs in the bottom rack is rather close. It doesn't accommodate my baking sheets as well as I would like. Still a lovely purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! The third shelf is a great addition. I am amazed at how quiet it operates as well. Everything has been sparkling clean that we have washed. I cannot figure out how to put my stemmed wine glasses in, however. That's why I picked 4 stars instead of 5.
