[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is very quiet and really does do a good job of cleaning dirty dishes. Normally, you have to clean the dishes before you put them in the machine. We tested it a couple of days ago, and the machine got pots, pans and plates with a little debris on them all clean. Impressive.

Replacing the previous version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The previous pro model was great for about 5 years until it started throwing error codes. We like the aesthetic, so we decided to replace with the new model from the same line. All is well so far, but I think that it should reach the 10 year mark without problems to really live up to the name, and that remains to be seen.
