[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher December 2022 and has not worked right sense. It does not complete a full wash without beeping and I need to restart. I have service guy coming out to see what the problem is.

Broke on day 1 / doesn't dry the dishes

Dishwasher stopped working on the first day. The control board freezes. In addition, it doesn't dry the dishes. You will have to hand dry. We bought the professional series oven, fridge and dishwasher, we are dissapointed. Please don't patronize me with how to load the dishwasher or tips and techniques to ensure the dishes are dried.

For not Drying issues, we recommend for you to make sure its not overloaded and filter is clean to avoid clogged. Check if you have selected the appropriate temperature setting for your load. Do not use dryer if the lint filter is blocked, damaged or missing. Getting it Done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past we haven't been a family that uses the dishwasher often, but after a kitchen remodel we added this new dishwasher and it has been a real nice addition. We haven't over used it, but we are definitely taking advantage of not having to do the dishes every night and it has been working very well. No issues at all with it.
