Needs a few design updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise level 5 stars, cleaning ability 5 stars. Drying ability is 3 stars. Rack system 2 stars, the lower rack moves off of the track very easy. The design of the location for the silverware holder should have been on the left. based on the direction you have to place the dishes, they hit the silverware holder witch intern tips to the right. When you slide the rack in, it hits the seal on the wall. I am very concerned that over time this will damage the seal. I find this hard to believe this was not noticed in testing! If these design issues were addressed, which would be easy, this would be a 5 star product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile. Can definitely fit more in per load. Only complaint is that with the controls on the front top, with it mounted under a countertop, you can’t see the buttons.

PERFECT!

Nice and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is very quiet and has a few neat adjustments like being able to raise or lower the top shelf as needed. I love the blue light that indicates dirty and the green for clean. The only drawback is the cycle takes 2 hours.
