Terrible Machine- Stopped working In 19 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 times repair in 19 months of purchase. Very dissatisfied with its performance and it’s too expensive. We had it repaired 2 days back payed $ and today it’s stopped working again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used at a camp. less then 2 months on the dishwasher. . Yes it is 2 years old. Purcahed ahaead of time for sale. Stayed in box until camp was done. Installed and only used for 2 months. Now they do not want to stand behind it. Do not buy this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand new and needed servicing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a cheap dishwasher that cleaned dishes better than this one does. It also doesn’t allow your dishes to stand up fully. The spikes aren’t tall enough to support dishes. They always end up falling over. Sure it’s quiet, but I’ve just been unimpressed with the performance. Serviceman gave us some tips to optimize performance and they seem to work decently well. Still not blown away by this product though. It’s the only appliance I bought I don’t love.

Have you checked your drain hose for any kinks or clogs?
I recommend checking your water temperature. Please review pages 9-15 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp and other helpful tips.
Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a key role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
Did you know? Your dishes need to be dirty for the dishwasher detergent to do its job. Pre-washing or rinsing dishes inhibits your detergent from working. Enzymes in the detergent are designed to attach themselves to food particles.
I am pleased to hear we were able to schedule a diagnostic visit with an authorized service provider, and the tech was able to address your concerns about the performance and maintenance of your dishwasher.

Super quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our new dishwasher for a few weeks and it is great. The dishwasher is very quiet, indicator light is a great feature. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I cannot stand my tall glasses in it. Otherwise it is great.

I’ve had this dishwasher for almost two yrs now and wam waiting for the day that it breaks so I can get a new one. I too think it’s an extremely expensive piece of junk. It’s loud and does a lousy job! We’re constantly taking things out when a cycle is finished and having to soak and rewash it. AND I run the rinse cycle after every meal bc we cook a lot. I had a Bosch previous to this and can’t wait to get another one of. Couldn’t hear it at all and rarely had to rewash things.

Bad Design - Lower Rack

We have been using this dishwasher for about 8 months, and there are features that I really like. I love the spacing of the tines on the racks, I love the silverware tray at the top and the fact that there is a silverware basket on the bottom rack. The one thing that I had a hard time with, and has now become a real source of trial is the plate rack on the bottom. The plastic clips that hold the tines upright are designed to lay flat, probably to fit funky shaped items. However, the clips aren't sturdy enough to hold the tines up with a full load of Fiestaware plates. They might work if you had Corelle dishes, but we don't. At first it was only every so often, but now anytime I load more than 8 dishes (which in a family of 7 people is every time) the tines fall out of the clips and my dishes all lay flat. I'm thinking that I may need to use zip ties to solve this trouble for the long haul.
