Highly Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was under the impression I would be purchasing a higher end appliance to replace our old dishwasher. Took over 4 months to receive delivery, installed on 10-24-21 and had to uninstall due to internal leaks over flowing into catch pan which then displays an error code i30 and not able to cancel cycle. Now the waiting game begins, once again, for a technician to show up and troubleshoot despite it being under warranty. The water line to inlet valve is not leaking, the drain hose is not obstructed, kinked or plugged that could possibly create this problem. Red arrow on included pic shows where water is flowing into catch pan.

Wouldn’t Expect Anything Less

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phenomenal washing and drying! Spend the extra money and buy Cascade Platinum pods along with a rinse aid. Super satisfied customer here! I have preferred hand washing my dishes and this makes me happy to use a dishwasher because it does so well. A quiet machine, easy to use, and reliable.

Not what we expected, disappointed...

We thought we bought a great dishwasher, but, after using it 4 times, the dishes do not look like they are washed cleanly like our older machine, and we don't even pack it. And very disappointed on not drying fully. There is a smell afterwards inside the washer. We have tried every setting there is and still not dying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My complaint about this dishwasher is that the upper rack does not hold tall glasses well. They continually fall over every time you pull the rack out. I could have been designed better. Also the lower rack when pulled out to load will catch somewhere when you try and slide it back in. It is very annoying.
