3rd rack doesn't pull out

how do i get the top-most rack to pull out? it catches on the spray arm after about 10cm and i don't see anything in the manual describing it at all
other than this problem, i'm pleased with everything else

Capacity not there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this for a few weeks. So far, we’re not loving it. Doesn’t fit nearly as much as our old kitchen aid. Wine glass holders don’t fit glasses well. Top rack is useless. Rack seems flimsy and top rack that collapses doesn’t lock in place. Overall it’s cleaning well, although I rinse well. I’m probably using more water as we run it more frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is super quiet especially when compared to my old unit. I didn't know what I was missing until I bought this dishwasher. I decided to see what it would clean and left a couple plates with dried on egg yolk and they came out spotless.

I also like that this model is smudge proof stainless. I am moving and am in the process of buying another one for my new house.
