I hate it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not dry dishes completely using jet dry which I need to add every 2 weeks. Without jet dry, dishes are all wet. Unit is too low to the floor. I hate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sad to see that you hate your dishwasher. I will be more than happy to assist.
Check your rinse aid dispenser level if it is set to the highest setting (4) change it to a lower setting (2). This way you should not have to refill the rinse aid so often. The feet on this model are adjustable. The maximum height for this dishwasher is 35 3/4 inches. Big disappointment

I bought this dishwasher because I wanted a unit that was quiet. While it is very quiet, it has had non stop problems and even when it was new, didn’t clean as well as a much cheaper dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE - EVERY START TO FINISH DRY !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased and installed this dishwasher one week before Thanksgiving 2018. We absolutely love it. It is exceptionally quiet, has just the right number of wash cycles and options for each. The end result of each wash cycle... perfection !
I do have one feature improvement suggestion for the design team that will require no physical changes or additions to the hardware. Currently a blue light illuminates the floor under the door only when the machine has completed a wash and dry cycle. How about modifying the control software so that users can also tell when (1) the machine is washing [flash the blue light momentarily every 10 seconds], and (2) when the machine is drying, [flash the blue light twice every 10 seconds]. Because the dishwasher is so quiet and has no status lights visible during a cleaning cycle, it is easy to mistakenly assume that no one has started a cycle and open the door. This simple software change will prevent users from inadvertently opening the door too early during an active cycle unless they intentionally want to interrupt it.
BOTTOM LINE: WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR PURCHASE !

LOTS OF PROBLEMS

it wasn't installed properly and we had problems from the beginning itself. Also, it doesn;t dry the dishes well without a rinse aid which is weird, it parts also started failing within a month of use. Very disappointed with this product.

We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. These tips should assist with the drying performance of the dishwasher. Shhhhh! Is it even running? Quietest DW, SOLD

After buying this and trying to figure out how it work, we thought it wasn't even running, then a blue light came on meaning clean..... Are you kidding me! This thing was running and we could not even hear it!
