Best Dishwasher We've Ever Had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet. Very quiet. The top tray is great for BBQ tongs, big salad spoons & spatulas. Basting brushes full of olive oil and spices come out clean and dry with no trace of their mess anywhere in the DW or on other items in the DW. The look is definitely premium. The silverware tray is so so. If I could rate it separately I'd give it 2.5 stars. But if you get used to it you can just use the top rack for silverware and place the silverware rack in storage. This gives you more dish & pot areas too.

Super quiet and loaded with features, not to mention how good it looks! I would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone wanting one of the best machines out there.

Garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for more than six months and it is garbage. Dishes regularly come out dirty. After going through a heavy cycle (more than 3 hours long) bowls are still dirty. They can be run under cold tap water and be cleaner!!! Repair man was incredible nice and suggested that the water temperature needed to be higher. The attached picture is what bowls look like after we increased the water temp to 130 degrees. The bowls were spread out so that they were barely touching.

Sorry to learn you are having issues with the dishwasher. Are you using the hi-temp wash option? During high temp wash the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140 degrees. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food, grease, and soil from dishes more effectively.
