Wet dishes, glasses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this over a month ago. The machine does not completely dry. This is a problem. if you open both drawers and empty the top drawer first it drips on to the bottom drawer and makes everything there even wetter. Would not buy again and strongly recommend you not put this dishwasher

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Worst Dishwasher I've owned in 37 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like washing your dishes before loading them in the dishwasher and drying them by hand when they're done, this dishwasher is definitely for you! It never dries plastic and it's rare when all of dishes are dry ( regardless of setting or 123 degree water temp). It wouldn't even wash mayonnaise off of plastic. I've had old jalopy dishwashers work better than this one. It came in our new construction home when we bought it. If your builder uses these in their homes...ask for something else. ANYTHING! On a positive note, it looks nice and IS the most quiet one we ever had. Unfortunately, we don't use it for looks.

I hate that you are not happy with your purchase. A couple of tips that may alleviate your drying matter is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct and using rinse aid, can assist with your dishes drying properly.
Also, some plastic ware may need to be towel dried, being that plastics do not get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife doesn't like to rinse the dishes before placing into the washer and this new unit seems to clean very well regardless. The unit takes some time (about 3 hours) on normal mode but that seems to be par for the course. Would like to be able to see a red light or something on the unit to indicate its still running but I guess that's part of learning. The dishes come out spotless and thats what is important. The knife/utensil rack is handy. It'a a bit hard to place bowl in the bottom rack.

Very quiet; does not dry; confusing instructions

However, dishes are not completely drying and our attempts to read and understand the options have proven fruitless. Also leaving spots for which we are using Rinse Aid for the first time. Not sure of outcome yet.

Extremely dissatisfied!!! - AGAIN!

As in our review of the side-by-side refrigerator, we decided to upgrade from our 2008 Professional Series to this newest collection, and have been disappointed ever since. The design of this dishwasher has a huge change on it with regard to installing it - the tub now sets flush with the floor making wiring hookup extremely difficult. The Control Panel is very unfriendly with wash settings being predetermined. For example, choosing a 30 minute wash cycle automatically selects water pressure as SCOUR with no choice for drying other than selecting AIR DRY. This means dishes come out wet with water still standing in the dishwasher (pic). In addition a blue light indicates washing is complete, however, its location is at the bottom of the door and shines directly at the floor. The door itself is not heavy and the racks inside the dishwasher are thin and flimsy with short prongs that do not bend or fold to allow placement for different size dishes, pots or pans. That being said, this would NOT have been our ultimate choice of appliances even though we owned the Professional Series in the past.

Poor drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and it cleans well but it doesn’t dry the dish very well at all. They tell you to add rinse aid which does help but without a heating element it doesn’t dry. This is part of a professional set so I am stuck with it otherwise I would return it.
