Excellent cook set Newer version of my moms stanless copper bottom from 1950s that I use all the time just had to learn to cook slower example med heat had to go down to a lower setting have not burned nothing (yet knock on metal) just rember slow and steady is the way to cook and oils your choice. Need a small sausage pot and a strainer

Received these knives as a gift. They cut beautifully and am enjoying how fast it is to cut up veggies! The company needs to add a code to enter guarantee for the knives. Only have a separate code for each knife which is very time consuming!
