Overall, I am happy with this set. The finish is beautiful and I am happy the handles stay cool while cooking. That said, the pans heat up extremely fast and I burned one the first time using it. The only way to clean it was with brillo. Brillo is not recommended, but it removed all the burn marks. Sadly, the pan is now scratched and the beautiful finish is not the same. I would recommend this set, but it must be used with lower flames. Also, because it is not a non-stick, I would recommend using cooking spray because food does stick to the pan.

I've had my set of pans for awhile now, have used them all and can report that they perform exactly as advertised. I couldn't be happier with them. In fact I'm putting the bug in Santa's ear that I would like the roasting pan w/rack for Christmas :-)

The Chef's Classic™ Stainless 10 Piece Set looks nice, but it's got a major downside – food tends to stick to the pans, even if you use a lot of oil. So, while it might catch your eye with its polished stainless steel, the cooking experience might not be as smooth as you'd hope.

Not what I hoped for. Only the bottom heats up and sides stay cold. Not good for cooking any kind of raw liquidy food (i.e.-eggs) as it only cooks what's in the center of pan. You have to continuously stir in order to fully cook any raw liquids. I should have purchased the Multi-Clad;Might have had better results. Other than that it's okay, easy to clean as long as you soak the pans, respected name brand and set looks beautiful! Does show water stains/mineral deposits after cleaning and you should not cook higher than medium heat...fyi.

A very nice step up from the aluminum and alloy cookware I've been using since the mid-1960's. I love the solid feel and the even heating without distortion (a real problem with aluminum!). A very nice extra is the measurements inscribed (metric and Imperial) inside the pots & pans. The trashman hauled away a bunch of aluminum pots after I started using your stainless steel ones!

I love the way these pots & pans look and feel BUT... the frying pan sticks. I had to go and buy another non-stick pan for frying. French fries even sticks to it. And the boilers are great but got stained up in the bottom the first time I used them and I can't get them clean. I almost sent them back but I decided to keep them anyways.
