These knives are very sharp, I like that they are color coded and have shields on them as it makes it less likely to cut yourself pulling them out of the drawer.

I bought these to help with my arthritis in my hands. Sadly they aren’t as comfortable as I had hoped. They also don’t cut vegetables as smoothly as I needed.

i am in my 70’s and a really good quality knife set has never been affordable till now. These knives are amazingly sharp. Cut through everything like butter. So pretty too. Bee sure to use the guards to store them. Extremely sharp!
