This is my first set of cookware and I am super happy with this purchase! The pots are easy to clean and once you read about how to take care and maintain stainless steel, you will love it! The shiny pots are so satisfying. Remember to oil down and use low or medium heat. The handles don't get hot and the pots are pretty light weight. Fantastic pieces and better for health than non stick choices!

So sorry I bought this first small pot I used boiled some veg and chicken pieces for stock when done had black spots that with soaking would not come out. Will not use other pieces

The first time using the large sauce pot I added water and salt. Apparently the salt caused the degradation of the bottom of the pan leaving several black marks that will not come out.

I really do love these. They are easy to pour from, the lids fit nicely, and they're very sturdy. They hold heat really well. My one and only complaint is that they're impossible to get back to shiny without using a brillo pad, which the care instructions recommend against. Since I use them at home and not for other people, I scrub them, anyway.
