Disappointing

This Fridge came with our new home. I wish we did some research on it before it was installed. I don't understand what all the fuss is about with counter depth fridges. IT IS TOO SMALL. The depth of this is 23 cubic ft, terrible. For my family this fridge is way too small.
As far as the product, we are on our 2nd one and will be getting a 3rd. So far they all have made a awful buzzing, groaning or humming noise. Sometimes all 3. It can be heard over our tv. Very disappointing. We have owned other GE profile fridges and they have been great. Not this one. I moved the fridge out as it was making a vibrating noise along with the other noises. I found that the cardboard on the back protecting it was vibrating against the frame. I put more cardboard between it and the frame to stop that.

Do Not Buy This Refrigerator!!

This refrigerator is nothing but junk!! We have had this in our new home now for 4 months and we have had nothing but problems with it since the day we moved it, literally. Issues include a VERY, VERY noisy fan that runs all the time and you can hear it over the TV, water and ice dispenser barely work (they are slow and clog easily), and the freezer has no space and ices over all the time. Also, the use of space for storage in the refrigerator and freezer is horrible. They designed it so poorly that we had to buy an additional refrigerator and freezer to store all our food for our family of 5. Basically if I could get a brand new refrigerator and get rid of this one I would in a heartbeat!!!

Don't buy this refrigerator

I bought this model 3 years ago to replace a fridge of the same outside dimensions and to match a stove and microwave of the same style. The inside capacity is very small and does not hold nearly as much as my last fridge -- the freezer baskets keep falling down -- now the support for the ice bucket has snapped. I wish I had never bought this fridge. I will never buy another GE appliance

We purchased this fridge new 4 years ago to the date of our move-in to go along with the matching appliances. A few days ago, you could hear a fan running-sounded like it was working very hard or even rubbing up against something. Then it stopped. Now the temp in the fridge and freezer is starting to creep up. A brand new fridge dying after 4 years is terrible. Purchase at your own risk.

I love the look of this refrigerator. It has ample interior space which is well organized. It fits perfectly at counter depth. It has all the features that I was looking for, to include filtered water.

When we bought this fridge, we were happy to be getting a counter depth and it had a lot of options we wanted. But after having it for nearly a year, I wish we went with something else. I've had a service call within the first month of ownership because when it is running it is quite loud. But the service tech and his office both came back with the statement that the unit is that loud and that is normal. It even makes this high pitch noise when running and again the tech said it was normal. He did check for a "silencing" kit as they have for other models, but this one does not. It does keep the food cold and freezer works well, but I wouldn't buy again.

Nice and roomy. I would have liked an egg tray included; mine did have one. However, I do like the can beverage holder as well as it being sturdy enough to hold two gallonson the side door!
