Disappointed

I bought this refrigerator to replace my 13 year old white profile side by side as part of a kitchen remodel. I am amazed at the lack of quality in this new model. The shelving and drawers are very flimsy. The can rack on the inside of the refrigerator takes up a lot of storage space. I removed it and will not use it so I paid for something that will sit on a shelf in the basement. I am very disappointed overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK But Pretty Expensive

The price of the "counter-depth" units seems to be quite a bit higher than their standard depth units. Works ok but a bit noisy. Was not happy with the finish of the stainless steel. It did not match the three other appliances that we bought at the same time. While the other appliances clean up nicely with stainless steel cleaner, the refrigerator finish just seems to smudge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HORRIBLE fridge . . . Please buy something else

We bought this fridge basically sight unseen with a new home. The shelves are too small and they flip up or out to expand which means they drop things all the time. Things "jump" out most every time you open the fridge. You can't even fit a take and bake pizza in this fridge, it's just the worst one we've ever had . .

Excellent Update to Profile-Arctica Refrigerator

This refrigerator is an evolution on the Profile-Arctica line, and is improved in both appearance and performance. In particular the new door handles look better, the ice and water delivery unit looks and works better, and temperature controls are now on the exterior of the unit. The interior layout is basically unchanged from the Arctica, but as with the Arctica it is excellent for a counter-flush 23 cubic foot unit It has much better rollers than the previous model, which will help with preserving wood floors and other sensitive surfaces. Cons: it's a little noisier than the Arctica, and the ice maker is behind a cover that makes it difficult to directly extract ice from the ice maker. The unit was packed like a tank upon delivery, which is both good and bad - make sure that your installer removes the extensive interior packing and tape. On the whole we are quite satisfied with the PZS23K model.

This refrigerator replaced my old GE one. It has many good features and I am very pleased with it even though it is slightly smalled than the old one.

This is the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned. I have had other GE models which were quieter than this one. I also find the interior small and will be upgrading to a French door model next time.

This is a great refrigerator. I just wish it had a bit more space but that is really on our end since we had to work within certain constraints.

Great Space Fridge!

This fridge is so smartly laid out! We have more room than our previous fridge and it was slightly bigger! We wanted counter-depth without losing space, this was definitely the right choice for us! Especially with a toddler running around the house, the height of the water dispenser was an added bonus!
