Ice box

The product is generally good. However, I'm quite disappointed with the "Door" ice and Water dispensing. The comes either not at all or dumps 8 to 10 at once. Cube chips also spatter so as to fall to the floor. Temperature control seems to be very good. The water dispensing causes dripping on the container and thus effectively drips all over the "grate" and onto the floor. The ice maker was improperly installed during manufacture. A service person had to ad a spacer to make it level.

I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago. I love it!. The water and ice taste delicious. The food stays fresh. The refridgerator is designed for user friendly use. It's also very beautiful to look at.

Although it was only installed today, the look is amazing. It is whisper quiet, the ice maker is working away and i do not even hear it. The counter depth is perfect and it looks like a true built in refrigerator.

Second chance

This is a replacement for same fridge last years model. Prior fridge had a defective ice maker and a clicking sound. Three service trips did not fix the problem. We exchanged for newer model and so far no clicking sound. If this holds up we'll be very happy with the new fridge.

Just installed fridge. It's nice to see a workhorse without the fancy led lights and useless mini electronic ice maker. This ice maker is old school and pumps out a bin full of ice.

Had to replace my 15 y/o GE fridge (TFX25ZPBC/GV231481) when the ice machine gave out and started leaking all over the floor :( Found a great deal on this model, so I thought - hey if my old GE lasted that long...
Pros: I LOVE CLEAN NEW FRIDGES! Lots of bells and whistles on the outside freezer door; Love all the features in the fridge
Cons: Ice maker seem quite a bit louder than my previous one; Freezer is smaller in depth/general capacity; Fewer inside freezer door compartments than previous one
