We bought this refrigerator along with a cooktop and wall oven as part of a kitchen remodel. We've always owned top freezers in the past and were frustrated by "losing sight" of the items that get shoved to the back of the racks/drawers (in both the refrigerator and the freezer). Given the layout of our kitchen, the degree to which they "stick out" from the wall posed a traffic jam as well. This unit is counter depth, so it doesn't stick out as far. It's racks/drawers are also shallower, so it's easier to find and access all items inside. The width of the unit still gives about the same total storage space as past units. Many of the shelves/drawers are height adjustable, so one can arrange them as best suits needs. The door racks on the freezer side tilt out as well, which is nice. Installation/leveling was simple. The controls are easy to understand and are precise (digital). This is also our first door-mounted water/cubed/crushed ice dispenser, which is also nice.
Thus far, the only negatives are that the ice maker system seems noisier (clicking and popping) than our prior units and the built-in water filtration system doesn't do much filtering (I've tested the suspended solids in the water from the dispenser vs. the same for water out of the tap, and there's very little difference).

Service man said there was a freon leak that could not be repaired plus the insulation between the refrigerator and freezer was compromised causing condenastion buildup and mold.

Very satisfied with product. Only complaint is keeping the stainless polished since it gets hand and fingerprints easily. Having to rub it down a lot.

I do love this refrigerator. It has a lot of great qualities - lots of space in spite of being a side by side, keeps food really cold, adjustable shelving,. Lots of good stuff. My only complaint is that it just doesn't keep up with our ice usage, as promised.

I wanted a stainless refrigerator, but more sizable. I enjoy having plenty of room for my food. I also like the features, and well organized movable side shelves. The freezer also is nicely designed for with plenty of room, and easy access to food.
